Executive Board Meeting November 2012

President Kathy Dillow called the Executive Board meeting of the Kentucky Association of county Treasurer's and Finance Officers to order on November 28, 2012.

The Treasurer's report was presented by Treasurer Tammy Robertson. A motion was made to accept the Treasurer's report by Gale Cowan, seconded by Paula Guinn to approve the Treasurer's report. Motion Carries.

Paula Guinn made a motion to approve all bills that are associated with the conference, second by Paula Day. Motion carries.

Secretary Susan Bailey presented the minute from the August 15, 2012 board meeting. Melissa Baker made the motion to approve the minutes and Mary Conley second. Motion carries.

New Business

Mary Conley made a motion to open the floor to Board nominees and Sherry Ashley 2nd to replace Candida Lewis. The only nominee was Joan Isaacs of Pulaski County.

Mary Conley made a motion to vote Joan Isaacs as the new Board Member, second by Kathy Dryer. Motion carries.

Joan Isaacs was sworn in by Judge Executive Todd Ruckel of Lewis County.

Billie Zeller made a motion to pay all conference bills, second by Becky Wilson. Motion carries.

Kathy Dryden made a motion to pay all K.A.C.T.F.O. conference bills as they come in, Paula Webb second. Motion carries.

Kathy Dillow gave an update on the K.A.C.T.F.O. conference dates are March 13, 14, 15, at the Capital Plaza in Frankfort. The theme will be March Madness.
